  • Tom Griffiths
    Chief Executive Officer
     
    Tom has held various executive roles within Australia and internationally, encompassing marketing and financial management.  He joins MIGA having most recently held the position of Chief Executive of RAA Insurance, South Australia's largest general lines motor and home insurer.

  • Anthony Mennillo
    Head of Claims and Legal Services
     
    Anthony has been a practising solicitor for over 23 years, predominantly defending claims and complaints against medical practitioners. He spent 4 years working in private practice in a medium sized law firm before joining MIGA’s Claims & Legal Services Department where he has worked for more than 19 years.  Anthony manages a team of solicitors who provide claims management and medico-legal support to MIGA’s clients

  • Nick Chin
    Head of Corporate Services

    Nick has more than 25 years of commercial financial experience, having previously held roles in senior management across different industry sectors with a focus on financial & risk governance, strategic planning, project management, capital management, contract negotiations and industry representation. Nick leads the Corporate Services Team and is responsible for Financial Reporting, Technology, Reinsurance, Strategic Planning, Business Systems, Project Management and Asset Management. Nick and his team play a key role in delivering on MIGA’s strategy and corporate governance obligations.

  • Carolyn Norris
    Head of Customer Service and Support
     
    Carolyn has 25 years’ underwriting experience and prior to joining MIGA was responsible for underwriting both single risk and whole of account programs primarily focussing on casualty business including General Liability, Umbrella Liability, Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers Liability and Medical Malpractice.  Carolyn leads a dedicated team with a strong focus on providing quality advice and personal service to our client base.  The high service ratings we achieve in our ongoing market research are testament to our team’s commitment.

  • Cassandra Schrader
    Head of Marketing and Growth
     
    Cassandra joined MIGA following the acquisition of Invivo.  She has experience in sales and marketing having spent 10 years extensively in finance and insurance and 5 years in retail.  The last 9 years have been in the medical indemnity industry.  Cassandra leads our Business Development team with the objective of providing the best advice and product solutions to our clients.

  • Heather Hibberd
    Head of Member Benefits and Risk Education
     
    Heather is a lawyer with experience working in insurance litigation defending both legal and medical negligence professional indemnity claims. She joined MIGA having previously held roles in Risk Management with the Legal Practitioners’ Liability Committee in Victoria with responsibility for delivering risk management services to legal firms. Similarly, at MIGA Heather is responsible for leading the risk education team in the development and delivery of MIGA’s risk education to help our members and clients manage their risk in day to day practice, whilst also playing a key role in delivering benefits to our members.

  • Jane O'Sullivan
    Head of People and Culture
     
    Jane brings over 30 years of HR management experience to MIGA with specific focus on workforce planning, employee acquisition, retention and development, remuneration and organisational culture. Jane’s team is responsible for leading the strategy and processes that builds a strong, positive and inclusive purpose driven culture.

  • Meredyth Stewart
    Head of Risk and Corporate Governance
     
    Meredyth has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry, holding roles in finance, compliance, risk management and corporate governance. Meredyth leads a team responsible for ensuring that MIGA’s corporate governance and regulatory obligations are met and supports a strong positive and open risk culture within the business.
