12 months' cover for the price of 9 months

The Offer of 12 months of cover for the cost of 9 months plus One Entry per policy quoted into the draw to win one of 7 Annual Individual Memberships to the Australian Association of Practice Managers (AAPM) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The Offer of 12 months cover for the cost of 9 months
  • Is only available for:
    • New Quotations for policies for Professional Indemnity Insurance for Healthcare Companies where cover commences with MIGA on any date on or after 1 May 2021 and on or before 31 October 2021
    • Policies where the annual base premium (before the discount) is at least $1,200 excluding taxes and charges
    • Policies where the Policy Limit is less than $5,000,000 in the aggregate
    • Entities where their annual turnover is $10,000,000 or less
    • The first 12 months of cover, after which pricing will revert to MIGA’s annual pricing on renewal
  • The Healthcare company must meet MIGA’s underwriting guidelines 
  • The premium must be paid in full within 14 days of the cover commenting or you must have successfully entered into a direct debit arrangement and paid at least your first instalment

The Offer of an Entry into the draw to win one of 7 Annual Individual Memberships to the AAPM:

• There are only 7 Individual AAPM Memberships to be won
• The Offer is only available to Healthcare Companies that receive a written Quotation from MIGA for Professional Indemnity Insurance for Healthcare Companies where cover is to incept on or after 1 May 2021 and on or before 31 October 2021
• The Offer is limited to one entry per Healthcare Company (additional entries will not be extended to additional subsidiaries or practices under the Healthcare Company)
• MIGA does not accept any liability or responsibility for the accreditation or ongoing accreditation of the Membership with the AAPM
• MIGA does not accept any liability or responsibility for the additional costs involved if the winner does not already have a Membership with the AAPM
• One entry per written quotation issued per entity will be entered in the draw
• Each AAPM membership is valued at $396.00
• The draw will take place at Level 14, 70 Franklin Street on Thursday, 25 November 2021 at 10.00am.  Winners will be notified by email.

Both Offers are only available to GP practices and certain speciality practices/companies.

Neither Offer is available to current policyholders of Professional Indemnity Insurance for Healthcare Companies with MIGA.

MIGA reserves the right to withdraw or amend the above Offers at any time, other than in relation to policies which have already commenced or written quotations that have not expired.


In addition to the above policy holders will receive 1 Qantas Point for every $1 paid to MIGA for their insurance which is subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions and the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.
