MDASA Limited
The Board of MDASA Limited comprises 8 members, 5 of whom are medical directors.
The medical directors are elected by the membership and are subject to re-election by rotation in accordance with the Constitution. Whilst the Constitution requires that the majority of the directors must be medical members of MDASA Limited, it also provides that there must at all times be at least three non-medical directors who are appointed by the Board and subject to review every three years.
