MIGA Qantas Rewards Program - Supplementary Ts & Cs

These Supplementary Terms and Conditions apply to offers of bonus Qantas Points made by MIGA.

MIGA will provide 20,000 bonus Qantas Points as a once off offer to doctors when they first insure with MIGA commencing their cover on or after 1 July 2022 and on or before 31 July 2022, subject to the following conditions:

The offer is only available to registered Australian medical practitioners who:
  • Insure with MIGA during the Promotion Period in one of the following paying categories:
    • Salaried Medical Officer in Training, Salaried Medical Officer>PGY5 or Staff Specialist, Staff Specialist Medical Board and Tribunal Cover only, or
    • GP Registrar 
  • Have entered into a direct debit arrangement with MIGA by 31 July 2022 and have paid their first instalment by 24 August 2022
  • Are not currently insured with MIGA
  • Meet MIGA’s usual underwriting guidelines including satisfactory claims and practice history
  • Are a member of Qantas Frequent Flyer or Qantas Business Rewards at the time they insure with MIGA and have provided their Qantas Frequent Flyer or Business Rewards details within 7 days of payment, if the information is not on their application form.
 
We will instruct Qantas to credit the bonus Qantas Points to your relevant Qantas Business Rewards or Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership Account within 21 days of your first direct debit payment.
 
No bonus Qantas Points will be awarded if the cover, or your payment, is cancelled, rejected, refunded or returned.
 
This offer is in addition to the 1 Qantas Point for every $1 paid to MIGA for insurance and membership.

This offer for bonus Qantas Points is subject to and must be read in conjunction with the MIGA Qantas Rewards Program Terms and Conditions and is also subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions and the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.
