MIGA Qantas Rewards Program - Supplementary Ts & Cs

This offer is only available to companies that first insure with MIGA under its Professional indemnity Insurance for Healthcare Companies policy where cover with MIGA commences on or after 30 June 2020 and on or before 31 December 2020.  This offer is not available to current policy holders of Healthcare Professional indemnity Insurance with MIGA, entities whose annual turnover is greater than $10,000,000, entities that do not meet the underwriting criteria or where the limit of cover required is less than $5,000,000. The offer only applies to the first 12 months of cover after which the premium will revert to MIGA’s standard annual pricing. MIGA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, other than in relation to policies which have already commenced or written quotations that have not expired.  

These supplementary Terms and Conditions apply to offers of bonus Qantas Points made by MIGA.

MIGA will provide 40,000 bonus Qantas Points as a once off offer to Healthcare businesses that first insure with MIGA via a Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy for Healthcare Companies, subject to the following conditions:

  • This offer is only available for new Policies for Professional Indemnity Insurance for Healthcare Companies where cover commences with MIGA on any date on or after 30 June 2020 and on or before 31 December 2020
  • Where the base premium paid is at least $2,000 excluding taxes and charges
  • The premium must be paid in full within 14 days of the cover commencing or you must have successfully entered into a direct debit arrangement and paid at least your first instalment
  • This offer is not available to current policyholders of Professional Indemnity Insurance for Healthcare Companies with MIGA
  • MIGA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, other than in relation to policies which have already commenced or written quotations that have not expired
  • MIGA will instruct Qantas to credit the bonus Qantas Points to your relevant Qantas Business Rewards or Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership Account:
    • If paying by instalments under a direct debit arrangement with MIGA, within 21 days of your first payment
    • In any other case, as soon as practicable and no later than 30 days after payment to MIGA in full
  • No bonus Qantas Points will be awarded if the cover, or your payment, is cancelled, rejected, refunded or returned
  • You must be a member of the Qantas Business Rewards Program or the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program at the time you first insure with MIGA in order to receive these bonus Qantas Points.
This offer is in addition to the 1 Qantas Point for every $1 paid to MIGA for insurance and membership.

This offer for bonus Qantas Points is subject to and must be read in conjunction with the MIGA Qantas Rewards Program Terms and Conditions and is also subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions and the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.
