MIGA has Advisory Panels that help guide our delivery of client-focussed outcomes in all areas of our business. Comprised of selected clients that are representative of our large and diverse client base, members of the Panels provide suggestions, feedback and advice to MIGA at meetings held throughout the course of the year.
The Panels are an essential resource for MIGA and enable us to better understand the views and experiences of our clients while maintaining a high level of client engagement.
Generally, the key purposes of the Panels are to:
- Be a reference point for advice on insurance and membership matters as they relate to the profession
- Keep us informed on the views of our clients about our organisation and our products and services
- Provide opinions on ideas, issues and other matters which arise to ensure our products and services continue to respond to our clients' needs.
