We encourage early communication and notification of claims and incidents likely to give rise to a claim.
Claims and Circumstances Notification Form
Early notification of circumstances and incidents is vital. This allows us to manage issues proactively with a view to earlier resolution or containing a claim. This is always of benefit to our client. In addition, early notification allows MIGA to assess its risks and financial exposures more accurately which builds on the financial security of the organisation.
