Vmoto Scooter Competition Winners!

I was so thrilled when I heard the voicemail left on my mobile from the friendly lady at MIGA, informing me that I was the (ridiculously lucky) winner of the MIGA Vmoto 'Milan' scooter competition!  I actually had butterflies in my stomach when I drove to the dealer with my friends to pick up my new red scooter and have my helmet fitted.

It's the perfect way to get to my placements, and there's always free parking right outside the hospital.  I have had half a dozen strangers approach me already and say, "That is such a cute little scooter!", and I always enjoy the look on their face when I say, "I know, and I won it in a competition - how lucky am I!?".  The jealously of my friends is also quite enjoyable!

I'm not sure what I did to deserve this, but I am ecstatic to be so lucky!  Thank you MIGA!

I was at the airport frustrated that I had just missed my flight when I got the call from MIGA asking if I had a couple of minutes.  Initially I thought there was a marketing campaign underway and I was probably to do something or change my details, but the news that I had actually won something, namely a scooter, was way beyond anything I had ever dreamt of!  I jumped around ecstatically in the food court where I had been and the two ladies, who earlier shared my disappointment at missing my flight, now became the first to share my amazing news - I had won a scooter!

Since getting my little Milan I have enjoyed cruising around the Eastern suburbs of Sydney.  It is the perfect little companion with plenty of storage for all my after-work activities.  I now have a permanent parking spot at my favourite cafe and parking around the hospital has never been easier.  And every time I pay my $3.45 at the servo I smile to myself at just having filled up my tank!  Nice one!!

It was a fantastic surprise to find out I had won a scooter!  I was on holiday in Cairns, celebrating the end of six long hard years of medical school, when I got the phone call.  "Scooter?  Scooter!"  It was really exciting and I was ecstatic.  Images of zooming along the Great Ocean Road, leather jackets and weaving in and out of traffic jams flashed through my mind.

I collected my scooter, a little bright red zippy bike, and while it may not have been the biggest two-wheeler around, what it lacks in size it makes up in character!  My very own scooter, complete with a cool white helmet and all from the generous people at MIGA.  I will certainly use it around the city!  Thank you once again to MIGA for their amazing prize!

Winning this scooter was really cool.  I was really happy when I found out I had won the Vmoto Milan scooter and couldn't wait for it to come.  I was very eager to ride the scooter so waited in anticipation!  When it was ready for collection, I got my whole family to check it out.  I thought it was absolutely amazing!

MIGA has been very generous in giving away these prizes and I think that it will be put to good use.  I have always wanted to ride a scooter, and this gave me an opportunity to try it out!  Thanks so much MIGA!

Winning the Vmoto Milan scooter from MIGA was a wonderful surprise as I'd entered the competition on a whim and completely forgotten about it.  So when I received a phone call from MIGA I was shocked! 

Since then I have had the pleasure of choosing a scooter colour, having a helmet fitted and then having my scooter delivered.  It is fun to ride and has made my life a lot easier!
