Conference Hypothetical

MIGA's Conference Hypothetical is returning for the 2010/2011 IRM Program.

Members who attend an IRM Conference this year will have the opportunity to participate in a new Hypothetical Session titled - "Good medicine requires good notes".

The Hypothetical is an interactive 90 minute session that brings a claims scenario to life.  The moderator challenges a panel of doctors, lawyers, claims managers and underwriters to unravel the issues from the perspective of the medical team, the patient, the defence of a claim and the doctor's own indemnity.  Questions from the audience come thick and fast.

Participation in the Hypothetical will earn members 4 IRM Points.

Following the Hypothetical members can attend an IRM Workshop and earn an additional 4 IRM Points.
