BMI insurance provides protection to companies and medical practices over and above the individual policies that employed and contracted doctors have in place.  The BMI insurance policy helps minimize the risk of gaps and protects health care organisations and medical practices against their vicarious liability for the acts of others, which can be significant, particularly in multi-disciplinary practices.
